Sharriff Thomas, affectionately known as "Radiant Riff," is a dedicated entrepreneur, encourager, and motivator with a strong faith-driven focus on empowering women. With an impressive career spanning 30 years in Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigation and 17 years building her Mary Kay business, Sharriff exemplifies resilience and determination in both her professional and personal pursuits.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sharriff is deeply involved in her community. She is an alumna of the Desoto City Police Academy and Desoto Civic Academy, actively participating in community dialogues and outreach initiatives in the southern section of the DFW area. Her commitment extends to her involvement with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she has served for over 30 years, contributing to various community service projects. Sharriff, is also a member of Friendship West Baptist Church, Dallas Texas where she serves as a member of the Deaf Action Ministry. In addition, Sharriff holds a First Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Martial Arts.

Sharriff's passion for empowerment extends to mentoring young ladies aged 9-18, encouraging them to embrace their inner brilliance and "SHINE." She believes wholeheartedly in bringing out the best in people, embodying her favorite scripture, Matthew 5:16, which guides her to let her light shine through her good works. Family is central to Sharriff's life. She cherishes moments with her mother, Dorothy, a retired schoolteacher, and her daughter, Kori, a recent graduate and ICU nurse.

Her dedication to self-care and self-love is grounded in Psalm 46:10, reminding her to be still and trust in God's plan. As she continues to inspire and uplift those around her, Sharriff Thomas looks forward with optimism, believing that the best is yet to come for herself, her loved ones, and everyone she touches through her work and spirit of encouragement.
